Selecting your REALTOR^®:

• Choose only a Licensed Real Estate Broker that is familiar with the areas you have selected.
• Call the Philippine Association of Realtors Board (PAREB) to verify if a Broker is licensed or not.
• Look at the web sites of local REALTOR's^®
• Narrow your search down to 3 or 4 REALTOR's^® that you will call.
• Call and talk with them to get a feel for their professionalism, knowledge and helpfulness.

• I will assure that you see all the properties in the area you choose that meet your criteria.
• I will guide you through the entire home buying process, from finding homes to look at, to getting the best financing.
• I will make sure you don't pay too much for your new home and help you avoid costly mistakes.
• I will answer all of your questions about the local market area, including schools, neighborhoods, the local economy, and more.

Things To Do Before You Start Looking For Your New Home:

• Check your credit rating. Straighten out any errors before it's too late.
• Determine a comfortable monthly budget for your new purchase, including down payment and monthly payment.
• Find a Bank Loan Program that meets your needs and get pre-qualified (preferably pre-approved).
• Determine what neighborhood best matches your needs.
• Identify important features you want your new home to have.  The more information you can give your REALTOR^®, the faster they will be able to find your "Dream Home".
